IT Support Specialist
to join their team and provide technical assistance to approximately 500 users across various departments. In this role, you will be the go-to person for resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining system access, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for all end users. Responsibilities
Support around 500 users with technical issues related to PCs, networks, printers, software, and phones
Package, test, deploy, update, and troubleshoot software applications
Create and maintain desktop images for deployment
Perform installations and routine maintenance of PC and network equipment
Set up new users and remove/disable access for departing employees
Analyze hardware and software use to identify areas for improvement
Document IT procedures and workflows
Coordinate desktop equipment and software upgrades
Maintain and prioritize tasks through a ticketing system
Escalate or delegate issues as needed to other IT team members
Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries
Manage phone system configurations, including users, teams, and call flows
Grant and revoke access to various internal and external platforms
Train employees on best practices for IT tools and systems
Adhere to PCI and SOC II compliance requirements
Communicate effectively and professionally with C-suite executives and senior leaders Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in desktop support
Experience working with a ticketing system
Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with users at all levels
Experience with Active Directory
Familiarity with VOIP systems
CompTIA A+ certification
