Job summary

ESP Global Services is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Denver to provide end-user IT support for Windows PCs, Macs, printers, and mobile devices. You will manage tickets, inventories, user provisioning, and troubleshooting across multiple departments, ensuring SLA compliance.

This 40-hour week role requires 1–3 years in desktop support, familiarity with Windows/Mac, networking, and printing services, plus onboarding/offboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience providing Helpdesk/Desktop Support or Field Services, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and OS issues.
• 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop software.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting DSS, Windows/Mac workstations, mobile OS, networking, and printing services.
• Experience fulfilling onboarding and offboarding requests (set-up of devices, displays, cabling, software configuration, mobile setup).
• Experience in supporting performance and resolving client-related issues.
• Understanding of network protocols, server hardware, and configurations.
• Able to communicate effectively with peers, managers, stakeholders, and end users.
• Comp IT (A+, Network+, Security+) or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, phone, remote, and email IT support to users.
• Keep tickets and inventory systems up to date.
• Research, order, and provision software and hardware as requested.
• Create and provision user and email accounts and access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Windows and Apple systems.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps and perform upgrades.
• Support printing and peripherals; setup hardware and software per standards.
• Participate in identity/access management for systems.
