Job summary

Sybex Support Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer in Boston to manage endpoint provisioning and end-user support. You will deploy with SCCM/MECM, configure Intune and Autopilot, and handle AD/M365/Exchange/Teams across a mix of on-prem and cloud environments.

This role requires strong Windows troubleshooting, OS deployment, and ITSM ticketing with SLA adherence; familiarity with PowerShell and IT certifications is a plus.

Qualifications

• SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot and Windows OS deployment expertise.
• Active Directory/Azure AD/M365 administration and Exchange Online/Teams support.
• Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, networking basics, VPN.
• ITIL processes and ticketing systems awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 Desktop Support for Windows devices and peripherals.
• Manage endpoints via SCCM/MECM: deployment, patching, OS imaging.
• Administer Intune: enrollment, compliance, config profiles, CA.
• Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and zero-touch deployment.
• Support AD, Azure AD, M365, Exchange Online and Teams.
• Manage user accounts, groups, licenses in M365 Admin Center.
• Troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• ITSM ticketing via ServiceNow/Jira/ManageEngine with SLA adherence.
• Provide on-call/backfill support to minimize downtime.

We are hiring an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with strong expertise in SCCM, Intune & Autopilot to manage endpoint management and end-user support.Key

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 Desktop Support - Troubleshooting for Windows 10/11, Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Peripherals.
• Manage endpoints via Microsoft SCCM (MECM) - Application deployment, Patch management, OS imaging, Software distribution.
• Administer Microsoft Intune - Device enrollment, Compliance policies, Configuration profiles, Conditional Access.
• Work on Windows Autopilot - Device provisioning, Zero-touch deployment, Troubleshooting Autopilot failures.
• Handle Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Online, and MS Teams support.
• Manage user accounts, groups, mailbox, license assignment in M365 Admin Center.
• Troubleshoot network issues - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Handle IT Service Management - Ticketing via ServiceNow / Jira / ManageEngine, SLA adherence.
• Provide on-call / backfill support and ensure minimal downtime.
