Knight Clean Enterprises is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves supporting end-user devices such as PCs, laptops, tablets, and printers in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on troubleshooting, IMAC activities, and familiarity with ITIL and OEM certifications. The position emphasizes strong customer service and professional technical skills in alignment with our client-focused SWAT team approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities in an end-user environment (PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, printers).
• 3+ years IMAC activities (Install/Move/Add/Change).
• 3+ years experience with relevant software and hardware systems.
• Understanding of ITIL methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to client identified VIPs.
• Respond to change management requests including installing new PC equipment and end-user desk side support.
• Perform IMAC activities.
• Perform all assigned desk-side support activities.
• Display outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction levels and metrics.
• Proactively communicate with end-users and service desk about arrival times, repair time estimates, and status.
• Follow documented service operations policies and procedures.
• Maintain all OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Ensure familiarity with ITIL methodologies and best practices.
• A+ certification is desired.
