Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must pass federal background check and obtain Public Trust.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, LDAP, and audio/video conferencing systems.
• Basic troubleshooting and remote user support skills.
• Some experience in problem analysis and solution identification.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license; may travel between customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and printers.
• Assist in ensuring licensing, regulatory, and security compliance.
• Support IT Service Desk by handling basic technical issues.
• Assist with software/hardware installations according to standards.
• Assist with Microsoft Teams Rooms troubleshooting and equipment management.
• Coordinate with Mobile Device Manager for device issuance/replacement.
• Assist with automated software deployments and inventories.
• Support Cyber Security Specialists during response activities.
• Maintain records of hardware and software inventory.
• Assist in installing and configuring printers.
• Provide basic Teams Rooms support and troubleshooting.
• Site visits for software upgrades and issue resolution.
• Provide tier 1 support for Entrust-related issues.
