Quantum Sky is seeking a Desktop Support Level II in Aurora, CO to support the AFRC IT services on a complex, multi-year contract. The role requires in-person and remote IT aid, strong diagnostic skills, and ongoing professional development within a DoD security framework.

The position emphasizes end-user support for PCs, servers, and peripherals, with opportunities for hands-on configurations, installations, and upgrades to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.

Formación

• Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent (IT Support, IT Tech, etc.).
• Capabilities to deliver in-person and remote IT aid.
• Excellent vertical and lateral thinking.
• Superb time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-user support for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware.
• Configure, install, diagnose, upgrade, repair and perform preventive maintenance of PCs and peripherals.
• Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service or identify root causes.
• Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
• Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems.
• Maintain currency and highest level of technical skill in the field.
