Job summary

Sourcingly is seeking a Sr. Desktop/Help Desk Technician in Denver to analyze, configure, document, and maintain systems for a client. You will diagnose problems, improve processes, and support Active Directory, Office 365, and server-based applications.

Must be a US citizen and able to obtain DoD clearance (TS). The role demands 7+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication with vendors and staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education and progressively responsible work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree on a four-year basis.
• MSCE, Security+, A+ or other technical certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role demonstrating experience managing and administering Windows desktop environment and server-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support on systems managed internally.
• User management (new, changes, terminations) through multiple applications.
• Hardware support such as PCs, phones, printers, tablets, etc.
• Timely resolution of service desk requests including escalating tickets to other IT staff.
• Assist with system support throughout the company as needed on a variety of application systems, inclusive of Active Directory, Office 365, and other business critical systems.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are maintained.
• Follow change management and communication protocols.
• Enforce security policies and standards. Implement and maintain necessary security measures to protect the client's assets.
