Qualifications

• 4-5 years of desktop support experience on Windows OS (Win7/10/11).
• Experience in installing/upgrading Windows 11 on laptops/desktops.
• Resolve OS and hardware issues efficiently and professionally.
• Provide L2 support for desktops, printers, and mobile devices as per process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve end-user IT incidents with SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty service.
• Utilize SCCM/Intune for endpoint management and patching.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
