Qualifications

• 4–6 years of desktop support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 in corporate environments.
• Able to resolve OS, hardware, and application issues.
• Experience with L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with remote tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 desktop support to end users.
• Install and upgrade Windows OS on laptops/desktops.
• Troubleshoot user issues including account setup and network config.
• Use SCCM and Intune for patching and device management.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs.
• Ensure SLA compliance for tickets and requests.
