Job summary

Acestack is seeking a Desktop Admin in Olathe, KS. This full-time role focuses on desktop support, Windows 10/11 administration, SCCM/Intune endpoint management, and L2 IT support for desktops, printers, and mobile devices.

You will resolve OS and hardware issues, configure accounts, coordinate with vendors, and ensure SLA compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and remote support tools.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of desktop support experience with Windows 7/10/11.
• Experience installing/upgrading Windows 11 on laptops/desktops.
• Strong OS troubleshooting and hardware issue resolution.
• 2nd line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Account setup, network configuration, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with OS installations, patches, and drivers.
• Proficient with SCCM/Intune for endpoint management.
• Familiar with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Experience with remote support tools (Bomgar, LogMeIn, MS Teams).
• Vendor coordination for hardware repairs and warranty services.
• Knowledge of endpoint security (antivirus, encryption).
• SLA adherence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 desktop/Laptop/Printer/Mobile device support.
• Install, upgrade, and patch Windows OS on endpoints.
• Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and software issues end-to-end.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs/warranty.
• Manage tickets via ITSM tools and ensure SLA compliance.
• Work with SCCM/Intune for patching and device management.
• Support remote users via Bomgar, LogMeIn, and MS Teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on escalated issues.
