Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT Infrastructure field support including hardware, software and OS troubleshooting while maintaining warranty compliance and security requirements.
• Strong customer management and communication skills with ability to interact at different levels.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on hardware installation and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, servers; ability to assist on-site under instruction.
• Perform basic VOIP configuration and support; smart hands for peripheral networking hardware.
