Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC seeks an IT Hardware Support Technician to provide hands-on desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile device support on-site in Battle Creek, MI. Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum relevant experience in IT hardware support.

Responsibilities

• On-Call Support during off-office hours (5:00 PM–8:00 AM), weekends and holidays for P1/P2 tickets.
• Travel to nearby sites as needed (mileage reimbursed).
• Work from Office on daily basis (no WFH).
• Imaging/reimaging Windows OS for desktops/laptops.
• Provision and support wireless devices (BB/Android/iPhone).
• Use remote desktop tools to troubleshoot endpoints.
• Maintain asset inventory and SCCM/AD/GPO configurations.
• Document work using ServiceNow; ensure customer satisfaction.
