Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist across corporate, campus, and data center locations. You will install, support, and maintain desktop applications, manage tickets to SLA, and track IT assets throughout their lifecycle.

The role requires experience with Windows and Mac OS, SCCM, and strong customer service skills. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with in-office presence prioritized.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Computer Science or related business coursework, or degree in CS/business, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer service oriented approach and positive team player attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Support Key's computer platforms at corporate, campus and data center locations.
• Install, support, and maintain desktop applications; manage tickets to SLA.
• Provide OS support for Windows and Mac OS; document procedures and outcomes.
• Track IT assets through the computer lifecycle; configure and troubleshoot hardware/network connectivity.
