Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on and remote support to employees across corporate offices, retail locations, distribution centers, and remote environments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications to ensure a seamless end-user experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, deliver timely support, and uphold a best-in-class customer experience while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Experience in desktop support, IT support, or help desk environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to support end users both onsite and remotely.
A proactive, team-oriented approach to technology support.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and application issues
Provide timely support to onsite and remote employees
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through every interaction
Escalate and track complex issues through resolution
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support business productivity
