Diamondback Energy is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to serve as a first point of contact for employees across multiple locations. The role involves hands-on end-user support, including in-person, phone, email, and remote assistance, with a focus on timely resolution of hardware and software issues.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of IT desktop support, familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office, and the ability to travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• . 1+ year IT desktop support experience.
• . 1+ year experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• . Valid Driver's License and ability to drive company vehicle.
• . Ability to travel to sites as required.
• . Ability to lift 35 pounds occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely desktop and end-user support in person, by phone, email, and remote tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues on laptops/desktops.
• Install, configure, maintain, repair, and replace desktop hardware and software.
• Document support requests and resolutions in the help desk system.
• Monitor help desk requests and escalate as needed per standards.
