Job summary

Droisys is looking for an L1 Help Desk Support Engineer to join our Scottsdale, AZ onsite team for a 12+ month engagement at $20–$25/hr W2. The role centers on providing front-line desktop support and reliable service desk interactions.

As part of the team, you will handle inbound calls, chat and emails for Service Desk, perform basic L1 troubleshooting for Windows environments, and escalate when needed to ensure timely resolutions for end users. Prior L1 experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in providing Desktop Support with Windows 10 and Windows 8 support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of user issues and ensure resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
• Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
• Good experience working on Windows OS.
• Good experience with Microsoft Office product suite.
