Qualifications

• Desktop Support Engineers must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Training or certifications show ability to perform the tasks listed.
• The most current versions of certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, repair, and maintain hardware and software.
• Install, support, troubleshoot, and recommend software as needed.
• Plan and implement hardware and software upgrades.
• Test and approve new hardware and software, then deploy.
• Repair workstations infected with malware and document procedures.
• Create and maintain setup and maintenance documentation.
