As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on support across core IT infrastructure, end-user technology, identity and access management, networking, and day-to-day technology operations. This role will directly support traders, researchers, portfolio managers, and senior executives in a fast-paced trading floor environment. The position offers broad exposure to systems administration, cloud platforms, endpoint management, security operations, and office network infrastructure, making it an excellent opportunity for a technology professional looking to expand their technical breadth within a highly collaborative and performance-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer identity and access management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, user provisioning, access reviews, and authentication controls across core business platforms.
• Manage and support enterprise SaaS environments, collaboration platforms, productivity tools, and day-to-day technical operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, VPN connectivity, and firewall appliances.
• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, account access, endpoint management, and connectivity-related issues.
• Support security-focused operational initiatives while maintaining documentation, asset inventories, vendor relationships, and IT best practices.
