Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc seeks a Desktop Support Engineer in New Jersey to provide field services and onsite technical support for PC/mobile hardware, imaging, OS deployment, and collaboration with multiple teams.

The role requires 6–8 years of field services/onsite support experience, strong Windows 10/11 knowledge, and hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune, plus remote troubleshooting abilities and asset management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology OR equivalent higher education in IT.
• Certifications such as CCNA / CompTIA are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Bulk refreshes (smarthands GLOPAS).
• Refresh PC support with individual user.
• Asset management.
• Coordinate hardware provisioning and loaner equipment at customer sites.
• Coordinate with Facility Management for site setup and support.
