Job summary

This position involves providing comprehensive technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting, Dell hardware, and imaging systems using SCCM. Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on Deskside PC/Laptop/Tablet support experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting PCs running Windows 10 and 11.
• 5 years of experience with Dell PC hardware.
• 5 years of experience imaging computers with SCCM.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for various devices.
• Walk users through problem-solving processes.
• Prepare activity reports and redirect non-deskside problems.
• Image computers and deploy new or re-imaged computers.
