LTIMindtree is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst in the United States to manage end-user computing issues, install and configure desktops and peripherals, and coordinate with remote engineers for network and AV support.

The role requires extensive experience with Windows operating systems, hardware setup, and asset management, with on-site IT support across multiple sites and shift coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related work experience.
• Experience deploying Windows OS in large enterprises.
• Experience configuring hardware and applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests following priority and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and repair workstations and peripherals to proper operations.
• Document incident resolutions and update asset management system.
