Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software.
• Load workstations for new hires and set up desks/offices.
• Create end-user guides for hardware/software usage.
• Help maintain internal IT ticketing system and resolve tickets promptly.
• Collaborate with firm members to troubleshoot and advise on issues.
• Provide phone/remote/onsite support as needed and document procedures.
