Job summary

BNY is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst (Level 2) to provide hands-on end-user support for a large onsite enterprise in Lake Mary, FL. You will manage imaging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance using SCCM and Active Directory, while onboarding new hires and handling high-volume, walk-up support.

Role requires strong Windows/Microsoft and Mac experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with a lean team across 3,000 users.

Qualifications

3-5 years of desktop support experience, Level 2 preferred.
Strong experience with Windows/Microsoft and Mac environments.
Hands-on experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and remote access tools.

Responsibilities

End User Support: Deliver face-to-face Level 2 support including break/fix, remote access support, and troubleshooting across laptops, tablets, phones, and peripherals
Hardware & Systems: Perform imaging, deployment, and maintenance using tools such as SCCM and Active Directory
Tech Express & Onboarding: Support new hires with setup, access, and initial troubleshooting while handling daily walk-up support
Project & Team Support: Assist with special projects, user transitions, and collaborate within a lean team supporting a large user base
