Job summary

Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced Desktop Support Analyst II in Plano, TX to ensure timely deployment and maximum availability of desktop environments. You will analyze environments, implement improvements, and support major projects while mentoring the Help Desk team.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize workloads. On-call responsibilities and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop support experience.
• VMware experience and virtualization knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and iOS.
• Experience with virtual desktops and workstations in a virtual environment.
• Experience with Cisco telecommunications infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ITSM monitoring software.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and manage priorities.
• Attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
• Ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.
• Manage and monitor desktop environments and deployments.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, iOS, and Cisco infrastructure.
• Serve as on-call resource and mentor Help Desk team.
• Document customer requirements and resolve daily ITSM requests.
