Job summary

DYOPATH is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst I for on-site work in Athens, GA. The role involves end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, plus remote assistance to ensure productivity.

You will install and maintain systems, track incidents in tickets, perform software updates, and create knowledge base articles. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential, with A+ certification required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; OR 4 years of equivalent work experience
• A+ Certification required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Provide remote and on-site desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, application, and peripheral issues via phone, chat, or in person
• Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications
• Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs
• Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signatures
• Document processes and create knowledge base articles
• Act as a liaison with third-party vendors and technicians
• Order parts for hardware maintenance and repairs
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
