The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (AA/AS or technical diploma preferred) and 1 year of desktop support experience or 3+ years with CompTIA A+ certification within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; technical diploma preferred.
• 1 year desktop support experience OR 3+ years with CompTIA A+ certification within 1 year.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting desktop PCs and printers.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities
