Job Title: Desktop Support Representative Onsite Support

Location: Blaine, WA

Duration: 1+ year (possible extension)

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS and Office product problem tickets.
• Configure and install common applications and install/remove PCs and HVDs.
• Communicate effectively with clients with good verbal and written skills.
• Interact positively with clients and provide customer-facing Windows-based technical support.
• Use ticketing systems in a corporate support environment.
• Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as work will be performed at various customer contact centre locations.
