Job summary

The Brixton Group is seeking an experienced desktop/ deskside support professional in Florida to provide hands-on, on-site assistance for workstations and peripheral devices. The role includes ticketing system usage, rapid ticket updates, and escalation of aging issues to keep end users productive.

You will support the centralized helpdesk and collaborate with Infrastructure teams on device deployment, imaging, and network connectivity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop and/or deskside support experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• General network knowledge to address connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize support calls using enterprise ticketing system and manage tickets with frequent updates, as well as escalating aging tickets, and trends as required.
• Provide onsite hands on support for devices supported by Infrastructure support teams.
• Provides telephone and mobile phone support, including voicemail and account administration, deployment/replacement of equipment.
• Assists with support of wireless access points, VPN connectivity, and company issued mobile devices.
