Job summary

Jacamcatalyst is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to maintain workstation integrity and support mobile devices across the company. You will be the primary contact for employee technology issues and help desk requests.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows environments, AD, and hardware/software installation, with travel as needed. A strong customer-focus and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting Windows desktops/laptops.
Proficient with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
Experience installing software and applying patches on desktops.
Troubleshooting basic network, software, and printing issues.
Flexible and willing to learn new technologies.
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Demonstrates discretion and maintains confidentiality.
Effective communication of technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Manage users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
Support mobile devices including Microsoft, Apple, and Android devices.
Assist with networking problems remotely and in-house.
Install and configure new hardware and software.
Maintain a responsive Jacam technology help desk.
Answer, support, resolve, and document end-user technology problems via phone, email, or direct contact
End-user support - installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktops, peripherals and software.
Monitor and troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems.
Work with IT vendors to resolve technical problems with computing equipment and software.
Contribute to technical support documentation of resolutions, processes, and procedures.
