Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking an IT professional to deploy and configure Windows desktops and laptops across multiple sites in Maricopa County. You will follow standardized imaging processes, set up peripherals, and provide on-site end-user support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in desktop support or related IT fields, experience with imaging tools (SCCM/MDT/Intune/Autopilot), and a track record in enterprise environments. Some travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in desktop support or related IT field or equivalent experience.
• Experience participating in large-scale PC refresh or deployment initiatives.
• Experience providing onsite technical support in enterprise, government, or public sector environments.
• Experience working directly with end users in customer-facing technical support roles.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Windows desktop and laptop computers.
• Follow deployment schedules and documented procedures.
• Set up monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide onsite user support and troubleshooting.
• Update tickets and document completed work.
• Ensure hardware, software, and connectivity issues are resolved.
• Travel to locations across Maricopa County as required.
• Maintain professional demeanor when interacting with users at all levels.
