The role serves as a primary contact for employees needing help with computer equipment, mobile devices, software, and related issues, delivering professional, patient, and efficient support. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring security and asset procedures are followed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing desktop or help desk support.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and common business apps.
• Familiarity with laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to document work and follow processes.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-person support at Walkup Desk.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with device setup, configuration, imaging, and deployment.
• Support device refresh programs, data migration, and end-user setup.
• Manage loaner device inventory and track checkouts.
• Diagnose issues and create/update service tickets.
• Escalate to Deskside Support when needed.
• Maintain equipment records and inventory.
• Provide clear instructions to users.
• Follow security policies and asset management procedures.
