Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related or technical field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years IT service and support experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven competency supporting macOS, iOS, and Windows.
Experience with Jamf Pro, Configuration Manager, and Entra.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Valid driver’s license and background check clearance.
Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Engineer and configure endpoint management platforms for deployment and security.
Serve as macOS/Jamf Pro SME and establish best practices.
Standardize hardware; plan data/migration strategies.
Collaborate with users to define requirements and procurement.
Configure devices per standards, including data migration and training.
Manage full technology lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
Provide Tier II/III desktop support and proactive issue resolution.
Document all support in the ticketing system and maintain knowledge base.
Assist with OS/software installation, updates, and patching.
Coordinate with network team for basic issues and device registration.
