Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and deploy Windows and Mac OS images.
• Manage endpoints with Intune, JAMF, and Autopilot; oversee MDM practices.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra, and Azure; support Hyper-V environments.
• Implement cybersecurity practices aligned with NIST standards.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and updates.
• Respond to user tickets and document procedures; mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and networking to deliver scalable solutions.
