Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent with hands-on IT experience.
• Minimum three years in desktop/endpoint support and customer service.
• Ability to work in cross-functional project teams and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy modern Windows/Mac images and manage endpoints.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra, and Azure environments and patching.
• Utilize Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF for device management and MDM.
• Implement cybersecurity practices aligning with NIST guidelines.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and updates.
• Document policies, procedures, and provide end-user training.
• Collaborate with security, network, and IT teams to improve processes.
• Support server maintenance and Hyper-V infrastructure as needed.
