Job summary

STI in Newark, NJ is seeking a Desktop Engineer for the 3rd shift on a 24x7 team. The role starts onsite for one month, then transitions to 100% remote work.

You will troubleshoot desktop LAN, server, Wi-Fi issues, support customers by phone, email, and via remote access tools, and collaborate with IT colleagues on maintenance and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware and software.
• Support customers by phone, email, and remote access.
• Experience with Windows AD and Exchange.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified Desktop Engineer for the 3rd shift of our 24x7 Team who has experience troubleshooting computer issues and supporting customers by phone, email, and via remote access tools.

• Troubleshoot Desktop LAN, server, wi-fi and connectivity issues.
