Lynn Rodens in Mobile, AL is seeking a Contract IT Service Desk Support Technician to join a fast-paced healthcare technology environment on-site. This role focuses on hands-on desktop deployments and end-user support during a major workstation refresh.

You will configure, image, deploy 60–80 desktops and laptops, install software, transfer user data, and provide end-user guidance during equipment rollouts. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

• Experience with desktop, laptop, or workstation deployments in a professional environment.
• Familiarity with Active Directory user administration and account support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Citrix, and printer installations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware and peripheral issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Configure, image, and deploy 60–80 desktop and laptop systems.
• Perform workstation setup, software installation, and basic system configuration.
• Transfer user data from legacy devices to new systems.
• Install and support Microsoft Office, Citrix, printers, and related peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues involving hardware, monitors, keyboards, mice, phones, and connectivity.
