Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Ability to install non-standard software and troubleshoot network connectivity.
• Strong technical and communication skills to explain concepts to end-users.
• Ability to document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
• Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
• Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity from the PC to the network
• Load computer images with SCCM and PowerShell scripts
• Troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during the build process
• Demonstrate ability to follow processes, document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities
• Explain refresh processes to end-users and assist in configuring and syncing refreshed computers
• Maintain high organizational ability and attention to detail
• Remain calm if activities do not go according to plan
• Demonstrate flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes
