Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group is seeking a Desktop Support II to join our Client's team in a hands-on role providing expert technical support to users including senior leadership. The role involves remote help, occasional on-site visits, and configuring hardware for shipping to remote employees.

Responsibilities include handling escalations, troubleshooting complex PC hardware/software issues, and collaborating with IT teams. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience w/High School.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex PC hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of Jira system and interface to create tickets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support incidents and requests, including escalations.
• Support users remotely and perform occasional in-person visits.
• Configure hardware to be shipped to remote employees and assist with remote access tools.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues and document resolutions.
