Job summary

Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking a Tier 2 IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on desktop, application, and field support for business users across multiple locations. The role combines onsite, remote, and periodic regional travel to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

The position requires strong customer service, AD administration familiarity, and experience with Microsoft 365, imaging, and ITIL-like ticketing environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field IT or desktop support experience.
• Familiarity with Active Directory user administration.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience with computer imaging and deployment processes.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and structured support environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, hardware, printers, mobile devices, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and remote IT support to business users.
• Serve as primary contact for end-user IT requests.
• Assist with IT security policies and procedures.
• Support Windows environments and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Assist with asset management and lifecycle processes.
• Travel regionally to provide onsite support.
• Manage support tickets and update statuses in the ITSM platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with workstation imaging, deployment, and refresh projects.
• Perform Active Directory password resets and account maintenance.
• Coordinate escalations with infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
