Job summary

Artech seeks an IT Support Specialist in Birmingham, AL for a 12-month engagement with possible extension. Responsibilities include break/fix troubleshooting in a large corporate environment and MAC OS support, including imaging and OS troubleshooting.

You will also support mobility devices across Apple, Android, and Microsoft platforms, aiding users and maintaining device configurations. Enterprise experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Break/Fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments.
