Responsibilities

• Install, move, add, and change tasks for end-user desktops and laptops.
• Image computers for deployment.
• Onsite audits of IT asset inventory.
• Collect inventory data and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide end-user orientation and PC troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive checks on hardware.
• Complete administrative tasks.
• Dispose of old equipment.
