Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Indianapolis is seeking an IT Depot Specialist to manage inventory, shipping/receiving of IT equipment, image systems on Windows, and maintain records in our inventory system. This is an onsite role with potential overtime.

You will support retail stores and corporate staff, troubleshoot issues, document actions in the ticketing system, and coordinate with IT and Construction teams on store remodels and equipment shipments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Inventory management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for stores and corporate/field employees for IT requests.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in real time.
• Understand processes for retail IT support and ticketing workflows.
• Document, update, and resolve issues in the ticketing system.
• Communicate technical solutions to non-technical staff.
• Complete and close tickets promptly and keep documentation up to date.
• Provide status updates to leadership when requested.
• Occasional evening/weekend availability for emergencies.
