Job summary

Vantor is hiring a Deskside Support Specialist for its Orlando, FL and Melbourne, FL offices. You will deliver end-to-end desktop support, from installation to upgrades, across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

You will administer Active Directory and handle Citrix/VDI issues, while documenting workflows and supporting Microsoft 365 apps. Responsibilities include imaging with SCCM, on-call rotations, and communicating with customers professionally.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• 2-4 years in a technical support role or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop/laptop/mobile device support across offices
• Manage Active Directory accounts and escalations
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Android issues and Citrix/VDI environments
• Image systems and deploy software via SCCM
• Maintain SLA-driven ticketing and 24/7 on-call support
