7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to provide advanced Windows and macOS desk-side support for internal users, covering desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

The role includes device enrollment, VPN, printers, and enterprise apps, with a focus on customer-first service and executive support, collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues and maintain documentation.

Formación

• Associates/2 Yr Degree required; relevant IT certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 1/2 deskside support for Windows/macOS desktops and laptops.
• Support iOS/Android devices and enterprise apps, including device enrollment and configuration.
• Deliver White Glove support to executives with high-touch service.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Microsoft 365 services; escalate complex issues.
• Manage asset records, ITSM documentation, and continuous process improvements.
