• Familiar with VPN, VPN clients, and basic network concepts (DNS/DHCP).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 deskside and remote support for employees.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and docking stations.
• Monitor and resolve tickets using ServiceNow; document and escalate as needed.
• Onboard new hires with equipment setup and user orientation.
