Job summary

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots networking issues and determines escalation path.
• Resolves virus issues and assists in system deployments.
• Handles incidents escalated from first line support.
• Writes support documentation for client/department use.
• Documents problem resolutions in the ticketing/remote access system.
