Job summary

Lumen is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow brand awareness and drive new logo acquisition within a defined territory. This desk-based role focuses on selling the Lumen portfolio via prospecting and coordinated sales motions.

The candidate will prospect and qualify leads, prepare customer agendas, and navigate internal resources to deliver timely quotes and exceptional experiences. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience; results-oriented and growth-focused.
• Strong written and oral communication; presentation skills.
• Able to build new relationships and manage prospects.

Responsibilities

• Desk-based prospecting, selling and account management to meet quotas.
• Qualify prospects via calls, emails, social media and campaigns.
• Prepare agendas, conduct meetings and identify opportunities.
• Navigate systems to provide timely quotes and follow-ups.
• Engage internal resources to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Deliver strong value propositions in consultative and transactional selling.
• Leverage sales resources to drive high-impact opportunities.
• Work with urgency through the sales cycle to close deals.
• Maintain accurate sales stages and notes in Salesforce.com.
• Provide activity reports and forecast monthly sales volume.
