Massachusetts Bay Community College is seeking a part-time student employee to support the front desk operations of the Academic Achievement Center (AAC) and its virtual operations. You will assist students who need access to resources, and help create materials to guide student workers covering desk and virtual tasks.
Ideal candidates will be reliable, customer-service oriented, quick learners with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
