CB2 in Berkeley, CA seeks an Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade to energize the sales team and deliver the exceptional customer experience we’re known for. You’ll lead, mentor, and resolve escalations while aligning with brand standards.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, training, scheduling, and visual merchandising, while coaching team members, analyzing reports, and ensuring payroll goals are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Familiarity with computer systems and tablet devices.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Store Manager to establish goals across sales, operations, and visual merchandising.
• Provide leadership to Team Leaders in achieving sales and service targets.
• Coach, train, and develop store associates to grow talent.
• Analyze reports to prioritize initiatives and maximize sales.
• Communicate with management on sales, feedback, and training.
• Collaborate to ensure brand standards and payroll planning.
