Job summary

CB2 Careers in New York seeks an Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade to inspire the sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead by example, resolve customer issues, and drive performance daily.

You will partner with the Store Manager to set goals in sales, operations, visual merchandising, and staffing, while coaching Team Leaders to meet targets. This role requires strong communication, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to work a full-time schedule

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to set goals across sales, operations, visual, HR, payroll/scheduling, training, safety and loss prevention.
• Lead Team Leaders to execute goals in sales, customer service, operations and visual merchandising.
• Coach, train and develop associates to encourage growth and high performance.
• Analyze store reports to prioritize initiatives and drive sales, profitability and customer experience.
• Model brand standards and ensure elevated service in all customer interactions.
